We are pleased to announce that the Center for Working Well at Purdue's Daniels School of Business is launching an Emerging Scholars Cohort-a small (4-6 participants), selective 6-month virtual program for people who are considering a PhD in the next few years and are interested in improving work and worker well-being. The experience concludes with a 2-day immersive experience (expenses paid) in August here on at Purdue in West Lafayette.

The goal is simple: give personal exposure to the academic life-what it looks like to generate ideas, engage in research, and build a scholarly community around questions that matter. The cohort includes research conversations, mentorship, and the chance to engage with ongoing projects focused on helping people "work well."

If someone comes to mind-a current student, a former student, or someone early in their career who is thoughtful, curious, and maybe PhD-bound-please share this opportunity with them.

More details here on how to apply can be found here. Questions about the program can be directed to Kate Zipay (kzipay@purdue.edu) or Allie Gabriel (asgabriel@purdue.edu).
