Open Rank Positions in Management and Strategy

The Management and Strategy group at the Koç University College of Administrative Sciences and Economics invites applications for a tenure-track Open Rank position (at the assistant, associate, and full professor levels) in the fields of (1) strategy and entrepreneurship (macro), and (2) human resource management and organizational behavior (micro). We are looking for candidates with a demonstrated willingness to conduct high-quality scholarly research and to publish in leading academic journals. Responsibilities for this position include carrying out a productive research program, teaching undergraduate and/or graduate courses, and supervising PhD students. Salary, benefits, and research support are competitive and commensurate with qualifications.
Graduate School of Business (GSB) & College of Administrative Sciences and Economics (CASE)
The Graduate School of Business, in conjunction with the College of Administrative Sciences and Economics at Koç University, is the only institution in Türkiye to hold the "Triple Crown" of business school accreditations: AACSB, AMBA, and EQUIS. It is also the first and only business school in Türkiye to receive the Business School Impact System (BSIS) label by the European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD). The school offers BS, MS, MBA, and Executive MBA programs, as well as a full-time PhD in Business.
