Human Resource Management (HRM) is pleased to announce an Early Career Researcher (ECR) Reviewer Program. This program is designed to provide ECRs with the opportunity to train as a peer reviewer for HRM under the guidance of an experienced mentor. This initiative is aimed at helping ECRs enhance their reviewing skills and understanding of the publication process while providing a pathway to potentially join HRM's Editorial Review Board. To be eligible for this program you must:
- Have a Ph.D. in Human Resources Management or closely related field (e.g., organizational behavior, management, economics, psychology, sociology).
- Have received that Ph.D. no more than 6 years ago.
- Be actively engaged in research on one or more topics consistent with the aims and scope of HRM
- Have published at least one article in a peer reviewed academic journal.
