In honor of International Internet Day later this month (October 29th), Human Resource Management (HRM ) has published a virtual special issue on HR Technology. This virtual issue presents a curated set of recent articles published in HRM that have been well received and contribute to our understanding of how technology is influencing HR and how HR practitioners can best leverage that technology. HRM will continue to highlight the role of technology with an upcoming special issue focusing on understanding Algorithmic HRM.
