In honor of World Creativity and Innovation Day later this month (April 21st), Human Resource Management has published a virtual special issue (VSI) on HRM and Worker Creativity. This VSI presents a curated set of articles recently published in Human Resource Management that have been well received and contribute to our understanding of how HRM practices can influence and facilitate worker creativity. Why does this VSI focus just on creativity and not also innovation? Because HRM published an Innovation VSI in 2020. Access to the articles in the new Creativity VSI is free through the end of April 2023.
Please explore the great articles in this virtual special issue and consider submitting your work to HRM – a FT50 journal publishing scholarly articles presenting cutting-edge research and thought leadership on policy, practices, trends, and issues aimed at understanding and advancing the field of Human Resource Management and, in turn, the effective utilization of human capital and practice of Human Resource Management in organizations. We hope you find this important research insightful and that reviewing these articles helps spark your research creativity.
