We're thrilled to announce that Professor Corine Boon will be taking over as the new Editor-in-Chief of Human Resource Management Review (HRMR) starting January 2026.
Corine is a leading scholar in HRM and People Analytics, serving as Professor at the University of Amsterdam Business School and Director of the Amsterdam People Analytics Centre. Her research explores strategic HRM, HR systems, people analytics, and the impact of AI on organisations and employees. Her work has been published in top journals such as Journal of Management, Human Resource Management, and International Journal of Human Resource Management.
With extensive editorial experience-including roles as Associate Editor for major HR journals-and leadership positions in the Dutch HRM Network and the Academy of Management HR Division, Corine brings a wealth of expertise and vision to HRMR.
