Amadeja Lamovšek and myself (Matej Černe) will be hosting a caucus at this year's AoM, presenting our Research and Dissemination Platform #HumanizingDigitalWork, connecting its crew members and other researchers and practitioners interested in making digital work environments more human(e), people-friendly and enjoyable.
We will also be gathering initial ideas and potential collaborators for a cross-country data collection project coined e-Wanderlust: Striking Harmony between Work and Well-being in the Nomadic Lifestyle. It will be a multi-level survey-based (quantitative) data collection that we'll kick off (likely) in the Fall of 2024, and will be looking at digital nomads' well-being, work (design, processes), sleep/non-work factors, technology, stress etc. At the caucus, we'll be gathering initial ideas for a research model, interesting constructs and approaches we could take in tackling the challenges of digital nomads' balance between work and non-work.
If you're interested, join the event or contact us! Below are the details of the caucus.
