    Dear colleagues,

    ***Apologies for cross-posting.***

As we know, GenAI is driving transformative shifts in how we work. But beyond efficiency and innovation, it is also reshaping who engages with technology, and how they're perceived.

We (Cinzia Calluso, Valentina Iacopino, Lakshmi Balachandran Nair, and Anna Piazza) are investigating how GenAI use influences perceptions of women in academic settings, where teaching, research, service duties, and structural challenges intersect in unique ways.
Fellow academics, we're inviting you to participate in a short survey as part of this study. Your input can help uncover how emerging tech is reshaping gender dynamics in one of society's most critical institutions. Scan the QR code below or follow the link to take part: https://lnkd.in/dFP9SQ7i. The survey takes approximately 2-3 minutes to complete.
    Thank you for your time,
    Lakshmi
