    Dear HR Colleagues, 
    I am conducting a systematic literature review on the moderating effect of HPWS. I would therefore be very glad if you could share with me your unpublished or referred conference papers to be included in the review. 

    The focus of the review is not on the boundary conditions of HPWS but instead on HPWS as a boundary condition.
