With more employees balancing multiple work roles across different organisations or contexts, MJH raises pressing questions for HRM: How should organisations respond to the shifting boundaries of work? What HR practices best support employees managing more than one job? How does MJH intersect with wellbeing, engagement, and retention?
This interactive PDW aims to bring together researchers examining a range of MJH phenomena - including moonlighting, side gigs, hybrid entrepreneurship, portfolio careers, and beyond - to address their conceptual, theoretical, and methodological challenges.
