The Department of Business and Management of the School of Economics and Business at University of Chile is currently accepting applications for tenure-track faculty positions in People Management (OB/HR/Org studies). This position is exclusively designed for female candidates. The positions are based in Santiago, Chile.
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates must have been granted or nearly completing a Ph.D. in Business Administration, Management, I/O Psychology or equivalent in an institution accredited by AACSB. We are looking for talent that contributes to our team and community, by engaging in management education in Latin America, and generating high-quality research. Applicants ought to demonstrate excellent research potential and been able and willing to teach at both undergraduate and graduate business programs (Masters and Ph.D. level). We particularly seek and encourage female candidates. Proficiency in both English and Spanish are desirable.
