We are hiring a Research Fellow in Cultural Change at the University of Birmingham, UK.
This is a 32-month Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) project with Blanc Aero Industries UK Ltd.
The position is ideal for a recent PhD graduate or one who is close to completion in any area of Business Management, Psychology, or Service Design.
The project aims to implement a management toolkit (CultureLab) to trigger human-centric, holistic change. The vision is to instil a culture of continuous learning and growth at Blanc Aero Industries UK Ltd to achieve enhanced agility and sustainable productivity through its people. This is an exciting opportunity to lead cultural change and create real-life impact.
We are looking for someone who has expertise in quantitative methodologies, the ability to translate academic research into practical application, and to design and deliver training and workshops.
We offer a competitive salary up to £46,049.
