***Reposting from a call earlier this year****

The Department of Management at the University of Texas at Arlington (UTA) seeks applicants for an Assistant Professor tenure-track position in Organizational Behavior OR Human Resources.

The preferred applicant will have completed their PhD in Management, Organizational Behavior, Human Resources Management, or a closely related field. We seek individuals who are well-equipped to contribute to our research aspirations by demonstrating their ability to publish in universally regarded "elite" journals in either organizational behavior or human resources management Also critical is a demonstrated capacity to teach organizational behavior, human resource management, or general management courses at all degree levels, and the ability to work well in a collegial, interdisciplinary department. We are an extremely collegial and research-active group who are excited to bring in a new colleague to contribute to our department.

*Please note* if you applied to our position when this was posted in June, your application has been retained, and you do not need to reapply. Our committee will be meeting in early October to review candidates and begin our process, so please apply before then for full consideration.

You can find our posting here (http://uta.peopleadmin.com/hr/postings/32064), and any questions can be sent along to our search chair, Dr. David Arena, at David.arena@uta.edu.
