Dear HR Division colleagues,
JOMSR has just released the latest issue of volume 3 (2025) at our website.
https://journals.sagepub.com/toc/MSR/current
With the publication of this issue, JOMSR is now 3 years old! As the Founding Editor-in-Chief, I wrote an editorial reflecting on the journal's first three years, including our successes and challenges. I hope you will take a few minutes to read my editorial to learn how you can help JOMSR continue to build a strong reputation for publishing quality empirical research designed to test theory.
This issue also includes an invited editorial on upper echelons theory and four original articles that represent the range of papers we publish: a replication and extension of the political affiliation model; and replication study based on several previously tested hypotheses concerning crowdsource funding; an empirical test of a theoretical model about paradox mindsets and women leaders; and a study examining theoretical reasons for why managers use social media for hiring decisions.
Please let me know if you have trouble accessing any of the articles. A big thank you to all the authors and reviewers who contributed to this issue of Journal of Management Scientific Reports!
