These roles are aligned to aspiring scholars and established who are passionate about pushing the boundaries of knowledge and shaping the future of research in the fields of international human resource management, international business and strategy. The roles involve research, teaching and administrative duties. For the lecturer roles, early career researchers benefit from reduced teaching.

Research in the Dunning Centre straddles the fields of international business, strategic management, innovation, develop geography and human resource management, and balances the necessity of a deep theoretical grounding with the added value of a strong applied focus.
