The goal of this webinar is to offer a discussion devoted to understanding and navigating the challenges faced by women scholars on the path from Associate to Full Professor. A terrific panel of speakers including Africa Arino (IESE), Amy Hillman (Arizona State University), and Sharon Matusik (University of Michigan) will share their insights and advice on women's journey to full professorship, reflecting on opportunities worth pursuing and obstacles faced along the way. The webinar intends to create a safe and interactive environment to share questions, experiences, and advice on how to successfully navigate this key transition in senior scholars' careers.
This session is presented and organized by the Strategic Human Capital Interest Group of the Strategic Management Society. This online session requires pre-registration and is open to SMS members interested in this topic.
