Personnel Psychology invites proposals for a special issue that advances rigorous, relevant, and impactful science on people and work. Consistent with the journal's mission, we seek proposals that integrate Ideas, Evidence, and Impact, with practical and societal relevance central to contribution.
The selected special issue team will disseminate their Call for Papers beginning in September 2026, with manuscript submissions taking place August 1–31, 2027.
