    I'm looking to hire a talented early-career Postdoctoral Research Fellow in Organizational Behavior at King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals Business School (KBS).

    This position is suited for a scholar excited by fundamental and critical questions about modern working lives, including how people navigate meaningfulness, well-being, morality, spirituality, emotions, and identity at work and across careers.

    The postdoctoral fellow will join me as part of the nascent Behavioral Sciences Lab at KBS and will work with me on various research projects in a mentorship-rich and intellectually active environment, contributing to theory-driven, publishable research (top-tier journal aspirations welcome) while developing a strong and independent research identity.

    What we're looking for:

    • PhD completed within the last 3 years (or near completion) from a top-200 university or equivalent in Organizational Behavior, Work & Organizational Psychology, HRM, Careers, or a closely related field
    • Strong quantitative or mixed-methods background (e.g., experience sampling/daily diaries, experiments, longitudinal or multilevel designs especially welcome)
    • Evidence of-or clear potential for-publishing in reputable indexed journals and working on ambitious research pipelines
