Know someone who is considering a Ph.D. in management or a related business field? The Southern Management Association is hosting its Pre-Doctoral Consortium on Wednesday, October 22, 2025, in Greenville, South Carolina, as part of the SMA Annual Meeting. This one-day event offers prospective doctoral students a candid look at academic life and practical advice on applying to Ph.D. programs. Open to undergraduates, working professionals, and graduate students, the consortium features interactive sessions with faculty and current doctoral students. Participants who attend the full program will receive a $550 stipend. Applications are due June 15.
