As organizations face increasing complexity and change, HR professionals are challenged not only to identify what leaders can do today, but also to assess their capacity to grow and take on more complex roles in the future.
This interactive workshop introduces a new generation of constructive-developmental assessment tools designed to measure developmental capacity, i.e., the underlying meaning-making capabilities that shape leadership development over time. We will also explore emerging opportunities and challenges associated with AI-assisted scoring of these developmental assessments.
Participants are invited to complete the brief
MMQi-8 developmental assessment in advance
HERE. Workshop attendees
will receive a confidential individual debrief
of their developmental profile.
During the session, we will review anonymized developmental profiles from a range of measures (including an AI-assisted scoring approach) and explore applications for leadership development, executive coaching, and culture change initiatives.
Whether you are interested in talent management, organizational change, leadership development or coaching, this session offers an opportunity to engage with both the promise and limitations of developmental measurement in both research and practice.
