I returned from the joint AACSB/Academy of Management conference on scholarly impact in Dublin energized and encouraged. At the same time, it was clear to me that we need actionable and practical tools to help us improve scholarly impact. With this goal in mind, and based on our 15-year research program in this area, I used AI to create the "Scholarly Impact Toolkit."
