I am a doctoral student at Rutgers University. My coauthor and I are recruiting a junior faculty collaborator for a research project related to AI-driven workforce reduction decisions. We are expecting junior faculty collaborators with expertise in one or more of the following: simulation methodology, strategic HRM, AI/algorithmic decision-making, or workforce analytics.
