I am inviting you to consider participating in my voluntary research study that explores workplace experiences among diverse employee groups-and how these experiences relate to identity, belonging, stigma, and well-being at work.

This study is part of my PhD dissertation at Toronto Metropolitan University and has received ethics approval from the university's Research Ethics Board (REB #2025-188). By participating, you'll be contributing valuable insights that can inform more inclusive, supportive, and healthier work environments across industries. You will also be entered in a draw to win one of three $100 lululemon gift cards.
What's Involved:
● Survey 1 (6 minutes): Includes questions on workplace role, identity, and experiences of belonging and stigma.
● Two Follow-Up Surveys: Participants that complete survey 1 will be invited to complete two brief follow-ups related toself-concept, loneliness, and burnout. These will be coordinated directly by the research team.
