    Dear Colleagues,

    I am pleased to announce that the September 2023 issue of the Journal of Organizational Behavior is now available. This is a Special Issue focusing on collective reactions to organizational change. The issue begins with an introductory article providing an overview of the literature and discussing how the 8 articles included in this issue advance our thinking about reactions to change.
