Dear Colleagues,
I am pleased to announce that the September issue of the Journal of Organizational Behavior is now available. This is a Special Issue entitled "Gig Workers and Side Hustlers: Advancing Organizational Behavior Research for a Modernized Employee Population". This issue includes 5 original articles plus an introductory editorial. This set of articles extend OB theories in ways that account for the unique structural and psychological features of gig work, and offer new avenues to guide future research.
