Social Cohesion: The Missing Conversation in Management Research
As societies around the world face growing polarization, declining institutional trust, and increasing fragmentation, we know surprisingly little about how organizations contribute to (or undermine) social cohesion.
Join us for this thought-provoking symposium as we explore how social cohesion can be conceptualized within management research, how management scholars can meaningfully engage with this important (but overlooked) topic, and where the most promising opportunities for future research lie. Together, we will discuss the role of organizations in shaping social cohesion and identify how management research can help address one of the defining societal challenges of our time.
