
ATTENTION DOCTORAL STUDENTS!
We invite YOU to join us at the 2026 Southwest Academy of Management Doctoral Consortium!
The 2026 Southwest Academy of Management (SWAM) Doctoral Consortium is a one-day program designed to provide actively enrolled Management PhD students a better understanding of factors that contribute to faculty success in research, teaching, and service.
The program will feature panels of Management faculty from various colleges and universities who will provide valuable insight on how to navigate the job search process and what may be expected of you as a faculty member at a teaching, research, or blended academic institution.
The 2026 SWAM conference will be held in Dallas, Texas, from March 18-21. The Doctoral Consortium will take place on March 18.
PhD students who apply for the consortium and meet the following criteria may be eligible for a $300 stipend:
Criteria:
- You must register for the 2026 SWAM conference.
- You must attend all doctoral consortium sessions on March 18, 2026.
- You must attend the SWAM social on March 20, 2026.
