Talk Title: Remote Work: The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly
Speaker: Prof. Reeshad Dalal; Professor of Industrial and Organizational Psychology, George Mason University (USA); Fellow, Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology
Host: Ashank Desai Centre for Leadership and Organisational Development at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad
Intended Audience: Upper and middle management, HR practitioners, and graduate students and faculty in HR and industrial-organizational psychology. The talk will summarize research findings on remote work (oh, and employee surveillance/monitoring too!) at an accessible, layperson level. The objective is to assist companies in creating effective hybrid work policies. We welcome attendees from India, other South Asian countries, the U.S., and anywhere else in the world!
