The Management Department in the College of Business at James Madison University invites applications for a tenure-track assistant professor position beginning Fall 2023. We are seeking a candidate who can teach courses in Organizational Behavior and/or General Management, with a secondary teaching area in Consulting or Human Resource Management. The successful candidate must provide evidence of teaching effectiveness and research potential. The typical teaching load is 3/3. A Ph.D. in Management or a related field is required, a Ph.D. from an AACSB-accredited program is preferred.
