The Sorrell College of Business at Troy University is seeking an Assistant Professor of Human Resource Management. This is a full-time, tenure-track position with a ten-month appointment commencing August 1, 2022. The position is responsible for teaching HRM courses at the undergraduate and/or graduate level; providing instruction in face-to-face, online, and/or hybrid formats; conducting academic research in line with AACSB expectations; advising students; and providing service to the department, college, university, and community.
A doctoral degree in human resource management or a related field from an AACSB-accredited university is required. ABDs within one year of completion will be considered. Relevant professional experience is preferred.
