Less than 20 miles from New York City and accessible by public transportation, the Management Department at the Stillman School of Business is seeking to fill a full-time, Tenure-track position (position #495903) at the rank of Assistant Professor or Associate Professor to start in August 2024.
Job Summary: The hallmark of the Stillman School is "transforming concepts into practice," providing Stillman students with critical skill sets and experience required for success in the profession. We are looking for someone who can balance excellence in teaching with an active research portfolio, along with engagement in the school and university community. Teach a 3+3 load, engage in scholarly research with demonstrable impact, and participate in departmental/school service. Teach core courses in the MBA and undergraduate programs, including specialized management major courses, including HR Management.
Qualifications: An ideal candidate will have a Ph.D. from an accredited university and some teaching experience. Also, a demonstrated ability to serve a diverse student body using online technology is desired.
