We're seeking a teacher-scholar who will teach undergraduate and potentially graduate courses in organizational behavior and other management disciplines (human resource management, leadership, or other areas) and who will contribute to our growing research emphasis as an R2 university. Informational interviews will be held at AOM (submit your CV by July 24, 2026), with the formal interview process beginning in mid-October.

Qualified candidates will have earned a PhD or DBA (or will have earned one by August 1, 2027) in business management, organizational behavior, or a related business field. Secondary interest in entrepreneurship, leadership, healthcare management, hospitality management, or human resources management is desirable. In addition, candidates will have proven college/university teaching experience or show strong promise in teaching and possess a demonstrated record of or strong potential for relevant research publications.

    Application Information:

The application and full details of the institution and position can be found here; applicants should submit materials by September 30, 2026, to receive full consideration, but applications will be accepted until the position is filled.

We will be conducting optional informational interviews at AOM in Philadelphia. Applicants who wish to be considered for an AOM interview should submit their CV via email by July 24, 2026, to Dr. Jennifer Golden, Chair of Management Sciences (jennifer.golden@acu.edu).
