The Department of Management in the School of Business at West Chester University (WCU) of Pennsylvania invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position in Management, with primary teaching and research specialization in human resource management. The position is at the assistant professor level and will commence in Fall 2024.
The College of Business and Public Management is a AACSB accredited school. The Department of Marketing within the College of Business and Public Management is the second largest and fastest growing major at WCU with over 1,200 students of the 17,000+ undergraduates and graduates on the University's main campus. Annual semester teaching load is 3-3 in year one, and 3-4 thereafter for AACSB SA qualified faculty. Management faculty generally teach at least two different course preparations per academic year. Winter and Summer teaching compensation is incremental to the base teaching load, as is internship supervision. AACSB SA qualified faculty may also apply for a summer research stipend equivalent to teaching one summer course compensation.
