    The AACSB-accredited Jack Welch College of Business & Technology at Sacred Heart University is seeking a visiting position in the Management Department from 2023 to 2024. The University seeks a highly ambitious, energetic person who is innovative and passionate about teaching and research. 

    Requirements:

    This position requires a doctorate from an AACSB-accredited program in Management. ABD candidates will be considered. The ideal candidate will have an excellent teaching record and a demonstrated capability to contribute to high-quality research in their field. In addition, experience/background and/or interest in technology would be looked upon favorably.  Upon selection, the faculty member will be expected to teach courses in Management at the undergraduate and graduate levels and advance the research in the field of Management.

    The successful candidate will actively promote a collegial environment and consciously apply our mission and values to create a culture of inclusion and belonging, a safe space where all may thrive and succeed. They will participate in developmental activities to increase understanding and awareness of issues related to diversity, equity, and inclusion; apply that understanding to guide their approach to all aspects of their job and the community as a whole and demonstrate that we are "Stronger Together" as described in the Office for Diversity & Inclusion's Mission and Vision statements.
