    Session ID 643.

Join us for an expert panel discussion on workforce and HR ecosystems. The workforce ecosystem and the HR ecosystem have concurrently emerged as frameworks with which to make sense of the increasingly diverse ways that organizations work to deliver value not only with their internal resources, but also with an extended workforce including contingent workers, partner organizations, AI bots and more. If ecosystems are the future, and indeed already happening, then there is need for us to shift our thinking and accommodate a wider system and the inherent variability in who is delivering value for the system.

To move the discussion forward on workforce and HR ecosystems, we'll consider; i) the similarities, tensions, and synergies between workforce and HR ecosystems, ii) the changing role of managers and the HR profession and practice in workforce and HR ecosystems, and iii) the future of workforce and HR ecosystems.

It will be a generative discussion, with space for your questions.
