ASST/ASSO PROFESSORS, MANAGEMENT, WARRINGTON COLLEGE OF BUSINESS, UNIVERSITY OF FLORIDA
POSITION: The Management Department at the University of Florida Warrington College of Business seeks to fill two tenured/tenure-track positions (at the level of Assistant or Associate Professor) with a research focus on the intersection of Artificial Intelligence (AI)/Machine Learning (ML) and Business Management. We seek to recruit two colleagues who conduct high-quality research that is publishable in top-tier management journals.
We have two positions open and expect to hire one person with expertise in AI/ML and strategic management, and another with expertise in AI/ML and organizational behavior/human resource (OB/HR) management. Candidates must also be able to teach effectively within the disciplines of strategic management or OB/HR, including courses focused on AI/ML topics (e.g., AI Ethics, Technology and AI Governance, Human Capital Analytics, Strategic Leadership in AI). Candidates will be expected to help mentor PhD students for placement in research-focused universities.
This position will start in August 2027. Salary is competitive, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

- Experience in working with and mentoring PhD students and junior faculty.
Minimum requirements: Must have or anticipate receiving a PhD in related fields of study before August 2027. Degrees earned from an educational institution outside of the United States are required to be evaluated by a professional credentialing service provider approved by National Association of Credential Evaluation Services (NACES), which can be found at http://www.naces.org/. Final candidates will be required to provide official transcripts to the hiring department upon hire. A transcript will not be considered "official" if a designation of "Issued to Student" is visible.
