    AOM Members New Benefit: Discount on CARMA Live-Online Short Courses

    January 3-6, 2023

    We are excited to announce that current AOM Student and Academic members can now access CARMA's research methods education resources as part of their membership benefits. These resources cover quantitative and qualitative topics at the introductory and advanced levels. These benefits will be delivered through the 2022-2023 AOM-CARMA Affiliate Program until August 31, 2023. Benefits are easily available without advanced registration for most events. Benefits include:

    1. Free access to live CARMA's 2022-2023 Webcast Lecture Series (20 one-hour live lectures with Q&A),
    2. Free access to all CARMA Video Library (250 on demand lectures),
    3. Free access to live sessions of CARMA's Topic Interest Groups and PhD Prep Group (panels and ask-the-experts sessions)
    4. A 50% discount on CARMA Short Course registration fees for over 50 CARMA Live Online Short Courses to be offered in January, April, May, and June of 2023.

    5. "Advanced Data Analysis with R" – Dr. Justin DeSimone, The University of Alabama
    6. "Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis in R" – Dr. Ernest O'Boyle, Indiana University
    7. "Introduction to Python for Research"– Dr. Jason T. Kiley, Clemson University
    8. "Web Scraping: Data Collection and Analysis" – Dr. Richard Landers, University of Minnesota

    To participate in the program:

    • Current CARMA Institutional Membership is NOT required but Current AOM membership is required.
    • No need to register as a Website User through CARMA.
    • To access the program, sign-in to your AOM account by clicking the link or the button below.
    • Click on your name at the top.
    • In the information area click the CARMA globe logo.
    • When prompted click "Access CARMA" button.
    • This button will take you to Affiliate Program Access page.
