My colleagues (Christy Nittrouer-Carr from Texas Tech University and Jason Randall from University at Albany, SUNY) and I are looking to put together a symposium focusing on DEI/ Sexual Harassment Training. We have 3-4 papers right now, but are looking for at least one more paper to round out the session. We are especially interesting in papers that are focusing on contextual factors that determine DEI/ SH training effectiveness, but are also open to other papers on related topics.
