    Dear colleagues,

We are organizing a presenter symposium submission on the topic of technology within the organizations, specifically focusing on how digital technology (e.g., algorithm, ICT) shapes work and employee outcomes. Currently, we have three presenters signed up for this session, and we aim to invite an addition of two research papers that will be presented in this symposium together with us. We welcome manuscripts that are working papers with theoretical, conceptual, or empirical studies that are related to this topic.

If you, or any of your students, are interested in presenting your work, please contact us at mingt@pku.edu.cn by December 21st with a short summary of your work (about 300 words). The summary should contain the title, theory, methods, results, and contributions (if applicable).

We aim to contact you shortly if your work aligns with the topic of our symposium. Given the deadline for final submission on January 10th, we will likely ask for a full synopsis (with a length of 2-5 pages) by January 4th 2023 to give us enough time to organize this symposium proposal and then submit.

    Conference Dates: August 4-8, 2023

    Organizer: Yuntao Dong, Peking University

Discussants: (1) Zhi-Xue Zhang, Peking University; (2) TBC

Conference Submission Deadline: January 10th, 2023

When we aim to receive short summary: December 21st, 2022

When we aim to receive each paper synopsis: January 4th, 2023

Please feel free to contact us to indicate your interest or ask for additional information. Many thanks and we look forward to hearing from you!

    Best regards,

    Mingyue Tang
