The graduate program in Health Care Administration at Trinity University invites applications for a tenure-track position, effective August, 2023.
Duties and Responsibilities
The department is searching for someone with teaching interests in human resource management (with a focus on diversity, equity and inclusion efforts) and health care management. Alternatively, candidates with experience in health care strategic management, health care law, and performance improvement should also apply
The individual selected will teach two masters-level courses per semester, as well as supervise a set of students in their administrative residencies.
Experience Requirements
- Successful candidates will also show evidence of scholarly research productivity.
Education Requirements
- Minimum qualifications include a Ph.D. or equivalent degree in health care management, human resources management, health services research, or related field.

The US healthcare system suffers from serious documented health care inequities. The Trinity University Healthcare Administration (HCAD) program is committed to creating "2040 Leaders" who are prepared to drive the transformative creativity and difficult conversations required to resolve these inequities.
