    Dear colleagues,

I hope this finds you well as the year comes to a close. I'm a third-year management doctoral candidate at UT-Arlington. My advisor Dr. David Arena and I are hoping to organize a presenter symposium for AOM 2023 focused on the workplace experiences of women in STEM fields. We hope to organize a session specifically centered on research that takes a contemporary approach to understanding stereotypes, biases, and barriers that women face in STEM careers. Currently, we have a review paper that focuses on identifying and categorizing biases that women in STEM face that we can contribute to the session.

If you, or any of your students, are interested and have work in this space, please send me (oos3651@mavs.uta.edu) a short summary of your work by December 20th, 2022. Given the deadline for submitting to the conference on January 10th, we will likely ask for full write ups (3-5 pages per AOM guidelines) by January 2nd 2023 to give us enough time to pull together the symposium and submit. Thank you for your consideration and I look forward to hearing from you.
