Dear colleagues,
I hope this finds you well as the year comes to a close. I'm a third-year management doctoral candidate at UT-Arlington. I am hoping to chair a presenter symposium for AOM 2023 focused on the employee response to Technology in Business. With a rise in technology such as Artificial Intelligence and Robotics Process Automation, this symposium aims to put the worker as subjects as we investigate the worker response to these technological innovations and factors that influence such responses.
If you, or any of your students, are interested and have work in this space, please send me (oyinkansola.sodiya@uta.edu) a short summary of your work by December 20th, 2022. Given the deadline for submitting to the conference on January 10th, I will likely ask for full write ups (3-5 pages per AOM guidelines) by January 2nd 2023 to give me enough time to pull together the symposium and submit.
