This spring, I am teaching HRM at the Masters level, which I have done for the last 8 years, but need to adjust the course because (1) the students are no longer doing a consulting-type project associated with the course, so I have classes to fill, (2) the course will be open
to not just MBAs but other Masters students from across campus.

I am also happy to share my most recent undergrad HR syllabus, which have worked well for their formats, as well my own useful recent course innovations. For example, I have had good success in Fall 2025 at the undergrad HR course level by integrating Walker and Larsen's
AI Job Analysis assignment and new
HBSP HR Management Simulation.
