    Digital Natives in the Workplace: Psychological Processes, Team Dynamics, and Organizational Design in a Digitized Era<u1:p></u1:p>

    Applied Psychology: An International Reviewinvites submissions for a special issue on the psychological and organizational implications of Digital Natives entering the workforce. As individuals shaped by lifelong digital exposure, Digital Natives bring distinct cognitive styles, communication preferences, and behavioural tendencies that challenge established models of motivation, learning, identity, and well-being at work.<u1:p></u1:p>

    We welcome papers addressing themes including, but not limited to:<u1:p></u1:p>

    • Psychological mechanisms of Digital Natives as change agents<u1:p></u1:p>
    • Engagement and motivation in tech-enabled work environments<u1:p></u1:p>
    • Workplace culture, inclusion, and leadership preferences<u1:p></u1:p>
    • Work flexibility, learning preferences, and work-life integration<u1:p></u1:p>
    • Algorithmic management and psychological well-being<u1:p></u1:p>
    • Team dynamics and communication in digitally mediated contexts<u1:p></u1:p>
