We are pleased to announce the international conference Psychological Safety Across Cultures and Contexts, taking place at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) on 29–30 September 2026. We are honored to welcome Amy Edmondson (Harvard Business School) as a distinguished guest and keynote speaker.
This conference seeks to advance contemporary research on psychological safety by exploring its cultural foundations and its significance across diverse organizational and societal contexts. We warmly invite researchers from around the world to submit and present their work on psychological safety.
Abstract submission deadline (max. 1,000 words): 30 May 2026
Notification of acceptance: 15 June 2026
Full paper submission deadline: 1 September 2026
Conference dates: 29–30 September 2026
