    Dear Colleagues,

    We are excited to announce the Inaugural Annual DBA Scholars Conference (DBASC 2026), hosted at the University of Rhode Island's Kingston campus from October 2–4, 2026. This event is dedicated to advancing business research with practical implications and fostering professional development for scholar-practitioners.  

    Conference Highlights:

    • Welcome Event: Friday, October 2, 2026
    • Paper Presentations, Research Paper Development Workshops, Professional Development Workshops, and special events: Saturday, October 3, 2026
    • Plenary Session & Award Recognition: Sunday, October 4, 2026 
    • Keynote Speakers: Key Burich and Valrie Grant of the DBA Chronicles.

    Submission Opportunities:

    • Paper Presentations: Submit fully developed manuscripts for double-blind review. Accepted papers will be grouped by theme for presentation and discussion.
    • Research Paper Development Workshops: Ideal for works-in-progress seeking developmental feedback in a roundtable format.
    • Professional Development Workshops (PDWs): Share expertise and foster professional growth. PDWs should be at least 1 hour and do not require blind review. 

     Other Information: 

    • The Submission Portal Opens: March 2, 2026.
    • Registration will open on May 1, 2026
