    Hi everyone,

    We at the Amsterdam People Analytics Centre are excited to invite you to our upcoming online event on June 4th, 16:00–16:45 CEST (use this converter to find your local time). 

    Dr. Jesús Mascareño, Assistant Professor at University of Groningen, will explore the challenges of human–AI collaboration in innovation in his talk: "When Proximal Collaboration with AI Hinders Innovation".

    Human–AI collaboration is becoming increasingly important in organizations, but closer collaboration with AI does not always improve innovation outcomes. Jesús will discuss how highly proximal collaboration between humans and AI can actually make it harder to identify the best ideas and move them toward implementation..
