    Dear HR Division Colleagues,

    I am pleased to share with you the Winter 2025 issue of Personnel Psychology. Our outgoing editorial team has a collective farewell (please see the first Editorial). We have 6 articles for the Social Networks and Networking Special Issue (more will appear in future issues). In addition, there are 13 original articles and 1 book review. Please let me know if you need a PDF version of any article.
