Position Summary:
The Management & Entrepreneurship (M&E) department at the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University invites applicants for tenured/tenure-track Associate Professor or tenure-track Assistant Professor positions in the Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management (OBHR) area, to begin fall 2027.
Basic Qualifications:
A doctoral degree, or ABD status, in an area of Management & Entrepreneurship (i.e., OBHR, or related field) and strong records (or promise of strong records in the case of the Assistant rank) in both research and teaching are required.
