The HR Division elects Executive Committee members and Officers annually. Calls for nominations for six Executive Committee positions and for the PDW Chair position within the Officer track (which progresses through Program Chair, Division Chair-Elect, Division, Chair, Past Division Chair, and Strategy Lead positions) go out in the winter of each year. The Nominations Committee (chaired by the Past Division Chair) then aggregates the nominations to present a set of candidates, ensuring that multiple candidates exist for each position. The elections are then held in the spring with all division members eligible to vote.
